Created for clients seeking guidance in curating furnishings and decor, this service is more of a partnership with our talented design team. From layout and furniture selection to choosing the perfect materials, we’ll walk you through every step of the process, creating detailed room boards that reflect your style and vision. With access to our studio’s extensive library of fabrics, tiles, rugs, paints, and samples, we’ll create a custom collection of hand-picked pieces. After our session, you'll receive a curated selection board with all the items we’ve sourced. This service is offered in-person at our Southern California studio or virtually for clients anywhere.

01. Inquiry +

Phase One begins when you reach out, followed by a warm introduction to Joey Snow Design Co. and a phone consultation to understand your goals and scope. An in-home visit allows us to experience your space and lifestyle firsthand. From there, we prepare a tailored proposal, complete onboarding, and schedule your project start date—ensuring clarity, alignment, and a seamless foundation for the design journey ahead.

03. Design Phase +

With the foundation in place, we move into the creative development of your design. We shape floor plans and elevations through detailed 3D modeling and establish the look and feel through curated mood boards. Following review and refinement, we present the preliminary design and guide you through selected hard surfaces and furnishings, thoughtfully incorporating your feedback. Once designs are approved, we transition into procurement and monthly billing—ensuring a seamless path toward execution.

05. Construction Documentation +

As construction progresses, we produce a comprehensive set of thorough documents, including detailed drawings, elevations, and specifications to support a smooth build. A complete specification book is provided for precise execution, while final design invoices are issued.

07. Installation +

As your project enters its final stage, we schedule installation and collect any remaining payments, preparing for a flawless transformation. Our team gathers and installs all items, bringing the layers of the approved concept to life. Upon completion, we conduct a client reveal and walkthrough to review every detail together, then finalize invoices before parting ways so that you can enjoy your beautiful, highly personalized home.

02. Design Intake +

Once onboarded, we establish the foundation for your project. We provide a clear timeline, defined scope, and access to our collaborative tools, then gather detailed insight into your style, needs, and space. With this understanding, we prepare your floor plans within our rendering software—creating clarity, accuracy, and a shared design vision moving forward.

04. Procurement & Purchasing +

Once selections are approved, we source and price all materials, organizing them within our project management system for full transparency and budget tracking. We coordinate specifications with your contractor, present final proposals for approval, and collect payment prior to ordering. As items are procured and timelines align with construction, we prepare for installation.

06. Project Management +

Our project management services provide thoughtful guidance and dedicated supervision from start to finish. We deliver the Construction Book, collaborate with your contractor, and offer hands-on oversight through key site visits to confirm every detail aligns with the approved design. This approach maintains quality, momentum, and peace of mind throughout this phase.
