Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items: All sale items and certain other items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Please contact team@joeysnowdesignco.com with questions regarding the return policy.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact team@joeysnowdesignco.com within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim. Include a photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging and a photo of the shipping label. Claims are responded to within 3 to 5 business days. Replacement eligibility applies only if reported within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Exceptions: If a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for return:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit minus a 15% restocking fee
  • Merchandise must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition
  • Must include the original order confirmation or packing slip
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility
  • Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery or in-store purchase

In-Store Returns: Approved returns may be made in person at our Carlsbad store at no additional cost.

Conditions & Restrictions: Products cannot be returned due to delays in processing, shipping, or delivery. Unsolicited online returns are not accepted.


Cancellation Policy

Back-Orders & Pre-Orders:

  • No cancellations outside of a 24-hour window from the time of purchase
  • Once orders are sent to the manufacturer, cancellations cannot be processed
  • Estimated shipping times may change due to production delays; updates will be communicated as received from the manufacturer

In-Stock Items:

  • Orders are processed immediately upon placement and cannot be modified
  • Expedited processing may limit the ability to cancel or change an order

Shipping & Handling

Standard Lead Time: 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Shipping Fees: Added to your order total at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Carriers: USPS or UPS for most in-stock items. Drop ship items (e.g., rugs, furniture, art, lighting) ship directly from vendors.

Multiple Shipments: Orders with both in-stock and drop ship items may arrive in separate shipments. Drop ship items may have longer lead times.


Furniture Shipping

  • Shipped via third-party freight carrier
  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
  • Items are delivered to the room of your choice; assembly and trash removal may not be included
  • Delivery only to the original checkout address
  • Items not scheduled for delivery within 7 business days may be returned; refunds issued as store credit minus return shipping and a 15% restocking fee

White Glove Delivery

If white glove service is declined, the customer is responsible for ensuring items are in perfect condition. Damages must be reported within 24 hours for potential repair, return, or replacement.


International Orders

Questions about international orders should be sent to team@joeysnowdesignco.com. Joey Snow Design Co is not responsible for lost or stolen international packages.


Theft Policy

Joey Snow Design Co does not cover theft after a package is marked as delivered.


Expedited Orders

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.


Lead Times

Production and shipping lead times vary by product. Check individual product pages for estimates. Restock and shipping dates are estimates and may change.


Payments

Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Installments: Available via ShopPay Affirm for orders $50 to $1,000. Must be selected during online checkout; not available in-store or by phone.
